Big Time Recruiters without the Big Time Fees
Posted by topofthethread on April 16, 2008
You have your own business or work in human resources at a business.
Often, the best solution is to hire a recruiter on contingency to find you good employees. You only pay them if they find, and you hire, the person.
Most often you will end up paying anywhere from 20% - 30% of the person’s 1st year annual salary, as the fee. So for example, if the person is to earn $50,000 per year, your fee to the recruiter will be $10,000 - $15,000 for finding you the person.
ExclusiveJobs.com is a new online recruiter. They will find, screen, and interview the person. They will supply you with these people and will only charge a 6% fee (if you hire the person.) That’s only a $3,000 fe instead of up to a $15,000 fee.
ExclusiveJobs.com works on a contingency basis. You only pay if you hire the person. You should check them out at ExclusiveJobs.com
